1. What SealGuard is

SealGuard is a digital seal and record-keeping tool. It lets a licensed professional bind a live status page to a PDF, publish that status, and keep a log of changes the professional chooses to make.

2. What SealGuard is not

Not legal advice, and not a law firm.
Not a substitute for your professional stamp, your licensing board, or your insurer.
Not a warranty that a document is code-compliant, constructible, or fit for a particular use.
Not a government or board registry. A SealGuard page reports the status the account holder set.

3. Your professional duty stays yours

You remain responsible for the content of any document you seal, for whether you are licensed to seal it, and for how you use revocation or annotations. SealGuard publishes the status you set. It does not decide that status for you.

4. Payment and contract disputes

SealGuard’s product design treats payment and contract disputes as informational annotations — not as a reason to revoke a seal. Counsel should confirm whether that product rule should appear in the binding terms.

5. Demo and mock pages

Public demo cards on this marketing site (including the license mock) are illustrations. They do not query a licensing board and must not be presented as a live verification of a real license.
